Sanju Neupane from Advanced Health Preference Group is dual board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC) with over 8 years of Nurse Practitioner experience caring for diverse adult and geriatric populations across primary care, behavioral health, nephrology, Medicare risk assessment, community health, telehealth, and academic medical center settings.

Her clinical background includes psychiatric evaluations, DSM-5-TR differential diagnosis, psychopharmacology, medication management, suicide risk assessment, integrated behavioral health, and evidence-based treatment planning, including MAT (Vivitrol for alcohol use disorder) and MSUD training (2023). During her PMHNP clinical training, she completed 698 supervised clinical hours and 1,400+ psychiatric patient encounters across outpatient psychiatry, community mental health, telepsychiatry, and addiction and detox settings.

At Kedren Community Care Clinic, she provided primary care and conducted mental health intakes for homeless, uninsured, and justice-involved adults, partnering with Amity Foundation and HealthRIGHT 360 to support recovery and continuity of care. This foundation, combined with years managing complex medical and behavioral health needs together, shapes how she practice whole-person, evidence-based care today.
