About Kesha Saucier
Kesha Saucier from Advanced Health Preference Group is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, psychotherapy, and behavioral health treatment. She brings 10 years of experience as a nurse practitioner and 20 years in Ed.Psy.
Her clinical expertise includes ADHD, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other complex psychiatric presentations. She utilizes evidence-based assessment and treatment approaches, integrating psychiatric evaluation, psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, behavioral interventions, and patient education to develop individualized treatment plans.
Ms Saucier’s approach to care is comprehensive, collaborative, and patient-centered. She considers psychiatric symptoms within the context of medical history, psychosocial factors, functional impairment, and each patient’s treatment goals. Her multidisciplinary background in psychiatric and family healthcare, psychotherapy, and psychological assessment allows her to provide an integrated approach to mental health care focused on diagnostic accuracy, clinical outcomes, and long-term functioning. Outside of practice, she practices Lagree Pilates and returns home to New Orleans whenever she can.
