At Advance Health Preference Group, our team of experts is committed to making exceptional psychiatric care accessible to everyone, including individuals who may experience financial hardship. We understand that financial challenges can delay treatments and make them difficult to afford. However, to help people with this, we offer a Financial Hardship Discount Program. This sliding fee program offers lower rates for self-pay and out-of-network patients who may qualify for this program. The eligibility is verified based on household size and income relative to the current Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG) and California thresholds.

Available Discounts

The discount amounts vary, with eligibility based on income relative to the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). All financial information provided is private and can only be used exclusively for determining discount eligibility. The discounts remain valid for 12 months from approval and only for direct clinical services.
